LAST ONE THIS YEAR
Wet and rainy on Sunday. We tried to open but it just didn’t stop raining. Thanks to all that persevered and hopefully better weather this Sunday for the last one this year.
As usual no booking needed just turn up on the day. So hurry up and make sure you grab the last Car Boot this year as we are due to stop on the 25th October 2026. Covered stalls available everyone else just turn up and sell from £7.
Covered stalls are available for every Sunday and include a guaranteed main field pitch near the toilets and food area. You can park directly behind your stall. They're popular and handy when shade is needed. To book, text 07817 539168.
Everyone else just turn up on the day no booking needed. The cost is £13 for covered stalls and that includes your vehicle behind them.
Covered stalls do go quite quickly especially when it’s warm.
I keep getting asked when you can turn up to sell and buy. Gates open at 5.30am but most people turn up 7 onwards. The choice is yours. There is space for everyone. This year I expect the last Car Boot to be the last Sunday in October.

A Quick Reminder and update on Rubbish
Because of rising costs of rubbish removal we have limited bin space every Sunday so please try and take any empty boxes or material home with you. Please do not leave unwanted items in the field. The bin by the food trailer is to be used for cups and any items purchased at the food trailer. Thankyou.
Selling Information
• No booking needed (except covered stalls).
• Most sellers arrive from 7am, with early arrivals from 5:30am.
• Buyers are admitted as sellers arrive, so please allow sellers space to unload.
• If you need to leave early, please pay Simon (yellow top) or at the food van before leaving.

Need extra space? Just let us know when you’re being positioned. For a car, an extra pitch is £3 more (£10 instead of £7). Similar additional charges apply to vans.
Plant, bulb and gardening sellers are welcome with no restrictions. Food and drink sellers should contact Simon before attending.

Everyman Folk Club - Sherburn Bartley Sanders, 30th October 2026, 19:30 to 22:30 at The Riverside Centre, Gt Glemham Road, Stratford S, Great Glemham Road, Stratford St. Andrew, Saxmundham (16.5 miles)
After concertina player Chris Sherburn and singer/guitarist Denny Bartley were joined by fiddler/singer Emily Sanders at the Everyman in 2015, this brilliant trio of superb musicians has continued to craft exquisitely their blend of Irish music and English folk with contemporary sounds. Their emotive songs and invigorating tunes are filled with depth and colour, performed with easy confidence and sharp wit.
The Everyman Folk Club meets on the last Friday of each month during January to May and September to November. Doors open at 7.00pm and all events start at 7.30pm prompt.
With Residents, Floor Singers and a Booked Guest Artist on every occasion, there is always a warm welcome for new performers and audience members and our friendly, traditional folk club.

Affiliated to British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC), the club offers you the chance to have a go at scuba diving. During the summer months they regularly dive off our own coastline as well as organising a club holiday to a mutually agreeable location. Weekend diving trips are also a feature of club activities.
